Took Toby for his checkup and shots. Dr. Mike is really incredible. He connected with toby, made him feel at ease (he does not do well at the vets) I would definitely recommend Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital to all my friends. The office staff is really friendly and you can see they love their job.

My wife and I want to express our appreciation to the Dr.s and staff for their empathy for the loss of our two dogs over the past year. Dr. Burke assisted us in saying good bye to our Sophie, giving us all the time that we needed. Then sadly and unexpectedly, our Mickey was diagnosed with a tumor. This time Dr. Thai walked with us through 8 weeks of an emotional roller coaster ride. Dr. Thai was very kind and sympathetic as we talked on the sad day that Mickey crossed over the rainbow bridge. We want to say thank you for being there for us during our sad times.

Everyone at this Veterinary Hospital is AMAZING!! The ladies at the front desk are soo sweet, compassionate, and knowledgeable! The vet techs are always kind, informative and empathetic towards every patient. All of the doctors know their stuff and will go the extra mile to find a solution!! I highly recommend this Vet, they diagnosed our dog's digestive issues when no one else could. During that stressful time they would follow up promptly, educate us and gave us hope! Now our dog is doing very well and it is all thanks to the wonderful staff at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital. I STRONGLY recommend them to EVERYONE!! My dog honestly gets excited to come to this Vet because she loves the people and knows that she is in the safest hands! THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!

All of our dogs have been expertly cared for by JVH. JVH was the most logical place to kennel Josie when a relative was no longer able to watch her when we went on vacation. I know Josie is in good hands every time she is kenneled. Funny, Josie seems happy also - almost like her own vacation.
